These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phyaya governing your access to and use of the phyaya platform, including all casino games, sports betting, account services, and related features available at phyaya.app. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wager.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for a phyaya account or to use any real-money feature of the Platform. This minimum age requirement is established in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. phyaya strictly enforces this requirement through KYC verification and will immediately close any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. phyaya is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is not permitted. 3.3 Capacity. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law, that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order applicable to the phyaya Platform, and that you are not currently registered on any problem gambling exclusion registry.
3.4 Employee Restriction. Employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of phyaya or its affiliated game providers are not permitted to register phyaya accounts or participate in real-money gameplay on the Platform.
phyaya does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under 21 years of age. Any account found to belong to a minor will be permanently closed without notice, all funds within the account returned to the payment source, and any winnings accrued will be voided. phyaya may report attempted underage access to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) phyaya account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phyaya may apply duplicate account detection through device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment method matching, and identity document cross-referencing. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, phyaya reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the accounts concerned and void any associated balances or winnings.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of the Platform. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
4.3 Registration Data. phyaya requires a valid Philippine mobile number as the primary account identifier. You are responsible for maintaining access to the registered mobile number, as it is used for account authentication, OTP delivery, and security verification. phyaya bears no responsibility for access difficulties arising from loss of the registered mobile number.
4.4 KYC Verification. Before phyaya will process any withdrawal from a Player's account, that Player must successfully complete KYC identity verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document and a selfie as specified in the KYC process. phyaya may request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may be restricted from withdrawals without notice.
4.5 Account Ownership. phyaya accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, pledge, or transfer your phyaya account or any balance therein to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phyaya login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes issued to your account. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 phyaya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. Any transactions completed using your credentials before you notify phyaya of unauthorized access are your sole responsibility.
5.3 You must notify phyaya immediately via the official live chat channel if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account, loss of your registered mobile number, or any security breach affecting your credentials.
5.4 phyaya staff will never request your password or full OTP code through any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from phyaya requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phyaya immediately.
6.1 phyaya accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC). The list of supported payment methods is subject to change at phyaya's discretion. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for most supported methods.
6.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. phyaya reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
6.3 phyaya does not charge deposit processing fees on its end. However, third-party fees charged by your payment provider (such as transfer limits, service charges, or network fees for cryptocurrency) are outside phyaya's control and remain the responsibility of the Player.
6.4 Deposited funds are credited to your phyaya Wallet in Philippine Peso. Deposits made in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of processing. phyaya is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
6.5 phyaya reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposits as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations. This may include requesting documentation regarding the source of funds.
GCash and PayMaya deposits to phyaya are processed in real time and typically reflect in your phyaya Wallet within seconds of authorization. In rare cases of network congestion affecting the e-wallet provider's infrastructure, crediting may take up to five minutes. If a deposit does not reflect after ten minutes, contact phyaya support with your transaction reference number.
7.1 Withdrawals from phyaya are available to Players who have completed KYC identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phyaya does not charge withdrawal fees; however, receiving banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own fees, which are outside phyaya's control.
7.2 Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. phyaya applies this matched-method policy to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. 7.3 Processing times are as follows: GCash withdrawals for verified accounts — five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for amounts under ₱50,000; bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank — one (1) to three (3) business days depending on receiving bank clearing schedules; cryptocurrency withdrawals — completion time dependent on blockchain confirmation requirements.
7.4 Amounts in excess of ₱50,000 per single withdrawal request may be subject to a manual review process that typically completes within two (2) hours during business hours. phyaya reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits which will be communicated to the Player at the time of the relevant withdrawal request.
7.5 phyaya reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of anti-money laundering checks, verification of the legitimacy of funds, resolution of any account dispute, or in circumstances where phyaya reasonably suspects fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms.
7.6 Only Real Money Balance derived from legitimate gameplay is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must first be satisfied, upon which winnings attributable to Bonus Balance become part of the withdrawable Real Money Balance, subject to any applicable withdrawal caps stated in the relevant bonus terms.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses awarded by phyaya are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the total cumulative bet amount a Player must place on eligible games before any balance derived from the bonus (or winnings generated from it) becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms; incomplete wagering requirements result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings.
8.3 Bonus Abuse. phyaya reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any bonus award, and to suspend or terminate the relevant account, where phyaya reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, providing false identity information to claim a bonus, exploiting a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its stated intent, using software automation to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players to pool bonuses.
8.4 Bonuses are awarded per Player and per household. phyaya reserves the right to limit one bonus per IP address, device, residential address, mobile number, or payment method where multiple accounts are associated with the same identifier.
8.5 phyaya may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will have their existing bonus balance managed according to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.
9.1 All games available on the phyaya Platform are subject to the individual game rules published within each game interface. These game rules form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account conduct and financial matters.
9.2 Game Fairness. Non-live (RNG) games on the phyaya Platform use Random Number Generation software certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physical game elements operated by trained dealers in licensed studios. phyaya does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate representations of long-run theoretical returns and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
9.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, phyaya will make all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of the game at the point of failure and apply the most equitable resolution. In cases where reconstruction is not possible, phyaya reserves the right to void affected rounds and return the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. 9.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum betting limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface. phyaya reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. VIP Players may be granted elevated table limits by arrangement with their designated account manager.
9.5 phyaya is not responsible for any internet connectivity, hardware, or software failures on the Player's side that interrupt gameplay. Players are advised to ensure stable connectivity before commencing gaming sessions, particularly on live dealer tables where hands may be completed automatically if the Player's connection drops mid-round.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phyaya Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
10.2 phyaya employs automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above behaviors may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities as appropriate.
11.1 phyaya reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close a Player's account at any time and without prior notice if phyaya determines, in its sole discretion, that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory obligation.
11.2 In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, phyaya reserves the right to withhold and void any Bonus Balance and winnings derived from bonus play. Real Money Balance deposited by the Player in good faith will generally be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to phyaya, unless the funds are subject to a fraud investigation or legal hold.
11.3 Players may voluntarily close their phyaya account at any time by contacting phyaya support through the official live chat channel. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests, which will be processed in accordance with these Terms.
11.4 Players who have enrolled in voluntary self-exclusion may request reinstatement only after the minimum exclusion period has expired. phyaya applies a mandatory cooling-off period before processing any reinstatement request from a self-excluded Player.

14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phyaya's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arose.
14.3 phyaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if phyaya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit phyaya's liability for: death or personal injury caused by phyaya's negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
14.5 phyaya shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, technical infrastructure failures, or internet service disruptions.
15.1 phyaya reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the case of material amendments, phyaya will provide Players with at least seven (7) days' notice via the mobile number or other contact method registered to their Account prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
15.2 For minor or administrative amendments that do not materially affect Players' rights or obligations, phyaya may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect any changes.
15.3 Your continued use of the phyaya Platform after any amendment to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you may close your account by contacting phyaya support, and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
